I have a motherboard that I picked up out of the trash where I work. I brought it home and put it in a case and it works to a point. I successfully installed WIN 3.11 on it so far, so it does work. It was made around 95 from what I can tell so it is not that old. It has 4 PCI and 4 ISA slots. Two onboard IDE channels, onboard FD connector, onboard game port, 2 uarts, and LPT. The thing is it has a lot of jumpers on it and I need the jumper settings in particular, but I would like to get all the info I could on it. So, here is what I found out about it so far, from motherboards.org. It seems to have been manufactured by Gemlight, of which I cannot find any info on. The Motherboard model is GMB-486SPS V0. The Chipset ID is SiS 496/497/A/B. The BIOS string is 2A4IBG3I - V2.01. The entire OEM info is 40-0201-2A4IBG3I - V2.01 OM. If you can help me or steer me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.
