I have an ATC-1020 Motherboard based PC that I've been upgrading to get additional life out of it. Amongst other things, I've added the 32M of EDO with 32M SDRAM and it also only recognises 32M ... not a great result.(would like 64m)

bios# 2A592A29C-00
ATC-1020Intel 430VX bios ber(06-27-96)
6X86 t166 cpu @133

would like to find the setting so it can notice the 168 pin

You are dealing with two different types of memory technology. Most systems accept one or the other, but not both. On some you can get away with it, but I'd say yours isn't one of them. Memory prices are at a record low right now, so an SDRAM upgrade would only put you out small change.
