Thanks to you guys, I Finally got my Soyo motherboard to power up...When I boot up it "sees" the hard drive and CD but does not assign a drive. how do I install a driver for the CD so I can install my operating system ? Thanks again Vera for your previous assistance.

Have you got any operating system at all installed on the hard drive? If not you'll need a bootdisk. Most OS's supply one with the CD, but if you have a SCSI Cd drive then that won't work. If you do have a SCSI Cd drive contact me and I'll send you some drivers that should work on a boot disk. (Via email)
