start, shutdown, restart in ms-dos mode will not
work. I have restored command.com, and checked the exit to dos shortcut. I also created a Dosstart.bat file, but nothing helps. System also will not reboot from a windows (do you want to restart your computer now) if yes is selected.
Any ideas? two days combing the web has not helped.

problem solved, enabling (asign irq to vga) in
bios fixed me up. |
