Hey guys i was wondering if anyone of u guys could help me out.
I got this problem while playing some games that my screen gets to dark in "dark places"
I have adjusted my monitor to the max but it wont help.
So i went on to change gamma and brightness on the video card wich is a Geforce Titanium 4200 from creative labs.
To my surprise i found out that this feature was locked and there is no way to unlock it that i could see.
I got told that it could be because im using the nvidia driver and not the creative labs GF4 4200 driver, but im not sure ! anyone able to help me out ?

Specs. K7 2k ghz,512 ram, Geforce 4 titanium 4200 "creative labs", CTX 17 inch monitor

Running W98 SE

Thanks on forehand, ull be saving my DODing if u can help me out

Later.

I have run into this situation before and haven't found a fix yet other than try to reinstall the driver, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. You could try the 40.72 driver from Nvidia for Xp/2K, I don't know if its available for 98/Me, it is WHQL certified. Other wise use the games video settings console if there is one.
