I would like to be able to phone and see my grandson using my PC.
Have searched differnet search engines but unable to find the right clue word.
My grandson has a computor also. What do we need at either/both ends in order to use our PC to converse and see each other at the same time?
Both PC's have access to the internet via modems.
both use windows XP pro what else do we need?

First thing you need is a webcam for each computer. Any store that sells computers should have them.
Second thing you need is a program like yahoo messinger to link with your grandson. You can get it at http://messenger.yahoo.com/. For help you can go to http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mesg/webcams/index.html
There are other services available, but this one seems to be quite popular.
