We have a generic computer that we picked up at an auction. There is a password on the bios. Any ideas on how to get past it?? |

Well, it's so simple...
Open tour case, open the reset cmos jumper et voilà... now you are able to enter again in your bios without pwd.

Vega or anyone else who can help. We were given apple computers for a school..Can not get past the password..would the previous response apply to apple computer in reference to getting past BIOS? |
