Ran across a computer that has the c drive hidden. When you click on the c drive in "my computer", "Documents" comes up instead of the c drive. How can this be resolved??

what os (system) is it? you found it on the net or on a local machine? looks like it may be a shared drive. it may say c: but it is the share name only, the real directory is my documents.

This is a PC in someones home. Believe it is a rebuilt system with windows 98. Someone suggested using TWEAKUI to get "C" drive unhidden. Not familiar with TWEAKUI.

tweakui is on the 98 disk, you install it using the .inf file and it lets you tweak your system, as well as set some things to defaults. useful for some things.... but whatever you change becomes permanent, if you uninstall it. you might go ahead and try it.
