I keep getting a message that Virtual Memory is too low. The computer recommends 350m, I've increased the minimum to 750m, and I still get the message. And my computer is running SLOW. I've run my virus scan and it comes up OK, as does my spyware scan. Any ideas? Thanks!

i think 'tracks' refers to things you've done, like msurf the net. They store stuff like Temporary internet files, and you might have heaps of stuff clogged up there...

I purge my Internet temp files on a regular basis. Is there something I need to go in and do manually?
