I'm running OS2000. Using Drag and File, I attempted to move a folder by dragging it from the Program Files subdirectory and place it directly under the Root (c:\) directory. Something went wrong and the new directory repeatedly reproduced itself (50 or 60 times before I stopped it) Now I cannot delete the faulty directory because the string is too long. Can you advise? Thanks! |

Check the file size before and after. If it is not there when the computer starts up, Windows recreates it, however, at the default size without the bloat. |
