I have a problem with I/O Magic 52 cdrom tray opening, after the bootup, and staying open untill I insert a disk and close it, then I have to kill the player to keep from having it to run all the time. This only started after I ran some reg tweaks but I haven't been able to find out what changed or where to go to change it back, Any suggestions would be appreciated. James |

I finally figured it out,went to start/programs/accessories/system tools/system information/tools/file checker and inserted 98 disk in cd, ran a check for altered files and compared them against disk setup files. Restored the ones that were older than setup dated files.Removed disk, rebooted and it stayed closed as it was supposed to. |
