I guess this is my sound card.
I lost my hard drive and reinstalled it and most of my software. But I have no sound, and the joystick which plugsinto a card wont work.
I tried to find out what sort of card it is but it only has four tiny paper labels on it;-

(Tick)N2349
f02114549
990923
v2.0

Do these things mean anything?

hi
try this link
http://www.windrivers.com/company.htm
follow the "identify cards" link listed under quick files
if it is a sound card you may be able to compare the chipset with what they show there
if not then maybe the numbers on your card are model no.
good luck
