How to bypass the boot password for a dell latitude cpi a400xt? I tried to unplugged the CMOS batteries, but nothing...I've tried also for a program called LATITUDE that give a MASTER password using TAG of notebok but nothing..
Bios version is Phoenix A05
Help me, please...

I know this may sound obvious, but did you make sure ALL the batteries were removed? You also might need to leave them out for up to an hour.

The last time I had to deal with this prob, the system had to be sent to Dell,, This is a fairly new thing they do to render the system useless if it is stolen,,, they need proof of purchase ans serial numbers , and then for a fee, they will clear it for you
