I purchased a piece of hardware from a thrift shop that I believe to be an internal scanner. It looks like a cd drive, has a slot that looks like a cd could slide in and with no door. On closer inspectione I found that it slides open to reveal roller bars and a lens. It is labeled Gateway Part ID: PIDINT001AAUS-5500384 Black Bezel, Engine Date of Final Manufacture:06/26/97 On a second label it says Model No: SD402C It has an electricity plug and a 10 wire connector cable. Can you help me figure out what this is and what I need to make it work? Thank you. Carrington Galen Email: clipt@pacbell.net |
