Every time I press the Shift Key it beeps upon press and release. Is this a conflict in the IRQ?
I have disabled Utility Manager in the Device Manager list.

This Keytronics Keyboard runs normally on another
computer with W2K. If anybody has an idea please let me know.

You may have a bad keyboard controller on that motherboard. Try attaching another keyboard to it and see if the problem goes away.
