if your network is up and running and the printer is properly installed and your able to print from the pc where it is installed

then

go to the main pc where the printer is installed. go to controlpanel>network> go into file and print sharing and make sure to check off the box for
"i want to be able to allow others to print to my printer" click ok and ok again.
next go into the printers folder (within control panel) and right click on the printers icon and select the "share" option, mark the bullet for "shared as" and enter the desired share name. click apply and ok. now you should be able to see and access the printer from the networked pc's
