I've installed the canoscan system on a new computer and when I try to scan it comes up with an error message, but I can't find any details on error codes. |

"Other error"
Error Code: 0x10ff0800
I've checked key lock everything seems fine, the scanner buzzes as if to scan and then stops. |

hi
if you haven't tried this, go into bios and change the parallel port settings from ECP to BI-DIRECTIONAL |
