examine the motherboard closely. sometimes the info for jumper settings is in tiny print scattered around on the board.( get out the handy flashlight and magnifying glass)sometimes this set of jumpers may be behind the card slots and not be readily visible.if there are no video jumpers to disable it, you could try going into device manager to disable the adapter or uncheck the "exists in all profiles" box to see if that does it.

hope this helps

Thanx Vera !!!
I've found solution, but isn't the card!!! It is the Packard Bell sindrom :-))) I've just put a Voodoo 3 PCI card and have worked!!!!
BTW if disable it through device manager will be only within Windows, or I'm wrong..?
Thanx again 4 reply and bless U !!!
