I have Just installed a Hercules Prophet 4000XT 64MB tv out Video card on to my PC. The PC finds the card goes through the setup instaling drivers etc, but when I restart the Pc it starts to load Windows and then the screen goes blank.its as if the card is not sending a signal to the monitor.
I have a AMD athlon 800mhz, SIS 830cf motherboard,
256MB memory. |

Maybe try not letting windows install the drivers for it. When Windows tries to install its version of the drivers cancel it. Then get the newest drivers for your operating system and this specific card and use them instead.
