Hi.. I have 2 identical motherboard model Chaintech CT-6LTM http://www.chaintech.com.tw/PRODUCTI/mainboar/slot1/6LTM.htm Have been to the chaintech site and downloaded the latest BIOS upgrade and run it, but it will only recognise 233,266,300,333,366,400,466 processors. The P11 350mhz processor I am trying to install only shows up as a 233 MMX. If I put a Celeron 333 into all I can get it to do is display =MMX 250 & then lock up Both M/B's do the same, does anyone have any ideas of why this is happening |

The LX chipset only supports officially 66MHZ fsb and unofficially the 75 and 83MHZ fsb, the P2 350 needs 100 MHZ fsb. So 3.5X66MHZ=233MHZ, 3.5X100MHZ=350MHZ. Adjust the jumpers for 5X66MHZ for Celeron 333MHZ. A Celeron 250MHZ with a locked multiplier equals out to 5X50MHZ. |

Since it's jumperless you have to setup the FSB in the bios. |
