where i can find any info how to config jumpers to 4X on my tnt2 m64 video card.

The Video card has to be AGP 4X and not PCI and the chipset on the motherboard has to support 4X AGP video cards. If you let us know what motherboard you have we can tell you if it is 4X AGP.
