My office just install a new DSL service using CISCo routers. The only TCP/IP information that I had to input into the network properties were the new DNS 1& 2 numbers. We are now using Dynamic IP addressing. Our previous DSL setup used static IP addressing for each computer. I called the DSL tech support and they said that the printers IP addresses were at a range that the new Cisco router was not reading and that the problem would be fixed by altering the printer settings. Does anyone know how to do this? I wouldn't even know what range the router should be looking for. Thanks, Jerold |

Call Cisco, or look on there web sight, they should be able to tell you where to find the parameters more so then the DSL providers. I use Freesco, and printer parameters and sharing is setup during installation. |
