what is the best graphic card to get for a athlon 800mhz on a sis 730 motherboard. |

Right now the Radeon 8500 seems to be a good choice and is less expensive then the Geforce4. If you are a hardcore gamer stay away from the Geforce4MX series as these are supposedly not actually Geforce 4 chipset boards at all. |

From what I hear, the Geforce4 MX400 isn't much of an improvement from the Geforce3, and perhaps less favorable than the Geforce3 TI 500-550. The articles I've seen suggest waiting for the Geforce4 TI 550. I have heard good things about the Raedon 8500, but a lot of "experts" are wary of previous ATI driver issues that plagued some of the earlier models. The Raedon 7500 also seems to be a decent choice. If you are like me, your wallet will probably help to decide for you, so be aware - High end cards can be pretty expensive !! |

Yup, ATI has had some driver issues in the past but the general consensus is they tweaked the livin' daylights out of the last official drivers released. |
