I bought 3pk CD-RW's
2 ok, 1..saved files once..now cannot read, write or erase?

I would try a good quality (such as Verbatim) CDRW and if it worked OK then presume the pack is faulty and try to return it for a refund.

If not the media then could be CD Writer drivers, burning software, settings, speed of burn or media speed, other programs running while burning, or hardware.
