i had in home warranty from comp usa. when they brought it back the hardware that my local storehad installed was gone. they claim it wasn't them who removed it . i can't afford to buy it again .nor can i afford someone to reinstall it. if could replace it. the same problems i had when it was serviced are still there. this has been since sept .01 i am disabled.& not well.i'm also very pc iliterate on this subject. please help me!! |

What is it that was removed? Did they replace it with an inferior product? Or could it still be in your pc but not showing up in device manager? What problems are happening?
Do you have receipts showing what the local shop installed and when it was installed? Is your pc still under warrenty? |
