Picked up a dell xps r400 and wonder what the heck is wrong, no front lights or anything to indicate the MB is getting power, yet the CD rom front door will eject , but the main cooling fans are not spinning. And what is the other connector going to the MB from the DELL P/Supply? It looks like an old AT style connector, along with the ATX style one.

ANOTHER QUICK note...pulled the RAM from the MB, tried it in another PC, and it worked! 128 MB stick, so it's not memory related....... I'm befuddled, hellpp!!!!! |
