Hi,
With great hopes I am sending this mail. I hope a reply very soon.

My Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition CD-ROM broke into peices in my CD-drive.

I would like to know whether I can a replacement of good disk for this broken disk from Micrsoft Customer Service.

Also, consider slowing down the speed at which your cd drive spins your cds (e.g. 52X). This is probably why the cd broke in your cd drive. You can slow it down with some freeware or shareware, just search for something to that nature.
