I removed the cover but cannot find the battery that backs up the clock. The battery is dead and is interfering with my Quicken functioning. |

I'm not familiar with your system, but suspect you may have a "coin type" battery. Look for nickel sized shiny item inside a holder. If you find it, remove it with care and note its ordination. Get a replacement and you're in business. If not the coin type, then you may have a "capacative" type which looks a small oil barrel/can maybe wrapped in blue or red plastic about 1/4 size of AA battery. Any other battery would be obivious. The capacative will be difficult as usually they are soldered in. Find what you have an e-mail back to me as I don't visit here daily.
