I'm running a Athlon 1200, Geforce2, Abit motherboard, WinXP, new 350watt power supply.

Lately I can't even keep it on long enough for windows to boot. It ever reboots while I'm looking in the BIOS. Occasionally WinXP will load but it'll freeze within minutes.

RAM seems to be fine, and its not overheating. I tried reseeding cards, using different outlets, and replacing power supply. What do you think? Time to replace the motherboard?

start by removing any non essential components leave the video card, main harddrive, cdrom, and remove the soundcard, nic, modem, even the floppy drive. Get the system stabile and start adding components in one by one start your computer each time and when it reboots than you know which component is causing problems.
