I recently purchased a new proccessor for my Asus A7V motherboard. It will post, but hangs at the system config/spec screen (one before Windows splash screen). No idea why. Has anyone else had this problem and if so can you give me a hand? |

Can you get into cmos setup? Check that the cpu is properly recognised at post. |

I can't even get it to post now. Before I changed the frequency setting I had no problem doing that though. |
