I have a Zenith Data Systems 17 inch monitor:
Model number: ZCM-1770
Serial: MS7ZS707301932
I give this info because upon contacting Zenith, they never heard of it.
My problem is this, the screen is really green. The onscreen controls allow me to adjust the colors, but for some reason, green says "FIX" next to it and won't allow me to adjust it. I can adjust the red and blue, but not enough to make the screen look normal.
I was wondering if anyone else has this monitor/problem and knows how to fix it?

Green is a fixed color on most monitors and Televisions and red and blue are adjusted to it, 2 things come to mind in your case A) the tubes RED and BLUE guns are bad (NEW TUBE needed) or B)the driver transistors and/or circuitry is bad and should be repaired at a shop. |
