PII Intel pentium..OK to OVERCLOCK????

how does one overclock a PII intel 350? I would like to get 400 mghtz or better out of it, without frying the chip or de-stablizing the system, any thoughts?

The 350 P2 is multiplier locked so the only way to O.C. the chip is to raise the front side bus if possible.
