I have several Win 95 computers that I was cleaning off (i.e. deleting old files, etc.). Everything worked fine and then when I moved the computer to where it was supposed to be, it went fuzzy. I can barely see everything going on in the background. I tried to boot up in Safe Mode, but there was a security program called Fortres on the computer which won't allow the boot up menu, therefore I can't get to the safe mode and I can't do anything once windows comes up. I can see the Windows 95 splash screen just fine, but once that leaves and Windows tries to open, that's when the problem occurs.

Assuming, after you deleted old files, the computer was rebooted and everything was fine and it was just the move that made the difference.
I would suggest reseating the video card. It may have worked loose and the move finish the job.
