I am curuios about the beeps a computer makes when it starts up.
I am curious of this because each time my computer makes 4 bbeps on startup my monitor will not respond and has the "no video signal" message.
I suspect that this is something coming from the MB? and that it is related to the bids somehow?
Win 8SE
Pen. Pro 200mhz
Diamond Stealth

Thanks

4 Beeps is usually an indicator of a video problem. Try reseating the video card in its slot.

Or it can indicate a timer failure on some boards in which case the board may need to be replaced.
