I have an hp5000n, spontaneously began shutting down at 5 PM, fires up again at 7:30 AM, won't work weekends. We can't find permission/policy changes anywhere. But we can't even ping the printer when it's down. We can print out IO config, menu maps, etc, with no problem from the menu. But the system fails to see the printer at those times.
Suggestions welcome. |
