Can some one help me. I have 3 hard drives, 1 is 1GB, 1 is 14GB and 1 is 80GB. The main harddrive is the 14GB. i try to remove it to put my new harddrive on, the 80gB, but it doesnt work. Then i try to put the 14Gb back but at this time i can not turn on my comp, just like no electricity. then i try to use the 1Gb, and it work very well. Can someone tell me how can i fix that problem. Thankz alots |

Could be incorrect jumper setting (on new HD) or faulty IDE cable. Or pin 1 on your new HD are on the other side. In this case, if you try to connect it the same way as your 1Gb your pc will not boot (blank screen / looks like no power). |
