Computer beeps

when i shut down my computer right before it actully turns of it makes a kind off dull beep which is not the problem. the problem is recently when its not shuting down it will make this sound, everything runs fine and normal but what is this beep? is my computer not getting enough power? or is sumthin about to die?

Depending on your BIOS, 1 beep could mean a refresh failure. Try reseating the RAM card. If the error still occurs, replace it.
