If my coputer is swiched on when my display is off it will not boot. If I later turn on my display I get the display self test message, and no signal from my computer.
Is it normal? Can it be fixed?

(I'm using Windows Xp, Gigabyte 7vax-a motherboard, geforce 4 Winfast 170a and a mag DJ700e display.)
