Hi. I have a computer that I recently installed a new 20 GB hdd and then installed Windows 98 from scratch. It runs fine until I install the driver for the video card. After I install the driver, it won't boot half the time (black screen with blinking cursor in top left hand corner) and the other half of the time it will boot. However, when it does boot, I can't change the settings from 16 colors. It shows 256 and 16 Bit, but it won't let me pick them without rebooting. After it reboots, it still comes up with 16 colors. Any ideas?

I didn't manually install them. Should I or did the Windows installation take care of that for me?
