Direct 3d and OpenGL are two types of 3D rendering. Your card does support D3D and OGL. You may need to install the chipset drivers for your mainboard to insure proper AGP support. That would be the VIA 4in1 drivers from www.viaarena.com. What version of DirectX are you using?

I am using directX version 9, and i have already installed via 4in1 chipset driver.

Are the video card drivers installed properly?
