please someone help! Before I put my eye out with a rusty grapefruit spoon!!!! running an older computer originally packard bell...we reformatted everything, put on win2000. printer problems....lots of them. hp printer. it will print a test page, but will not print any doc. been through all the hp t/s including removing drivers/ports/etc. someone has suggested altering the bios...I went in and peeked, but didn't see much of much controlling the printer or printer port. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
