How do I go about getting a driver for onboard video for Windows 98? Do I have to get the driver for the motherboard?

You need to find out the make and model of the motherboard than you need to find the type of video integrated on the motherboard. After that the driver can usually be found on the mainboard manufacturers websight or the video chipset manufacturers websight.
