I have a Dell Optiplex Gx 400 that has a steady amber light on the power button. It is supposed to be green. When i push the power button thats all that happens. I don't get no beep or nothing. Both the processor fan and the power supply fan turn on though and the small light in the motherboard as well. Also what i noticed is that in the back of the tower there are 4 LED lights of :ABCD. A&B are amber colored and C&D are green colored. DOes anyone know what that means and how i can fix this problem? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You.
