Printer problem

I have changed from a BC-21e cartridge to a BC-22e. Printing is now condensed and confined to the upper left corner of the page.The printer is a canon bjc 4200 .It prints o.k. with a normal ink cartridge.
Any help would be apreciated.

It ended up that I had to upgrade the driver for the printer.
