Pcmia in a desktop?

Is is possible to connect a pcmia card (via an adaptor for instance) to a desktop? You may ask why? I have just sold my laptop but have a very useful GPS nav system that uses the pcmia slot for the antenna.

There are drive bay adapters for PC's that let you do this, they just can't be cheap though.

They would be available from any computer store with a lot of special order resources, usually the mom+pop ones.

We are using an adapter from Antec. More information on this product can be found at:

Using Windows 98 on our systems, it installs very easily and works very well. We got it to work under Windows 95 but it took some time.
