recently purchased a aiptek pen cam didital camera. every time i try to download pics it comes with message no downloads available. emailed the company direct and they said to make sure usb port is enabled within your bios. how do i check this? thanks |

usually, hit the delete key when your computer boots up. then, use your arrow keys to get to the section that has the option, hit enter. arrow down to the usb option, then use your +/- keys to change it. hit the esc key and save. reboot. |
