Need to identify a modem

it's an isa card. in a pentium 166.
Here are some #'s I see on the card:

There's a big chip w/:

Searching on the chip# I find it's a Cirrus
chip, that was bought-out by Ambient, that
has now been bought-out by Intel. The intel
site does not have a reference to the chip#.

Looking for win98 driver and info on
flashing the card,

Hey there,
Go to and have a look, you can search for drivers by the FCC number on the H/ware alone! They require registration but if you're mucking around with 'puters alot then it's worth it. Saved me heaps of money so far.

try you will have to register, but they might have it. it's a 33.6 modem. intel doesn't have them at their site.
