I can not run at 800X600 resolution. The right hand side of the page I am viewing is cut off. No adjustments on the
monitor controls help and I tried another monitor and had the same problem. I installed updated drivers for the
Savage4 video card but the problem still persists. I can use higher resolutions though, anyone have a clue?

Is it a TV out card? Sometimes turning off this feature can make a difference.

Aside from that, Im clueless expect for interferance from other devices near the cable, or a bad cable.

Try playing with higher refresh rates. The higher the refresh rate, the smaller the viewable image will become at a given monitor setting. 70 Hz is the lowest "flicker free" setting for most people, but most modern (1997 or newer) monitors will support 85 Hz or higher at 800x600

Make sure that you have your monitor driver installed. If you can't find a driver for it, just change it to svga 1024x768 @ 75 Hz.

I have a viper 330 AGP that just went black on me the other day. Luckily they have a five year warranty. Keep the reciept!!!
