Ok, I needed to format my laptop, I ended up deleting a partition I shouldn't have for bios. I then ran the phdisk utility to create the partition I needed. It did what it had to do, then told me to reboot. Guess what I can't do! I can not reboot the machine. I know that all data was wiped off the hard drive, and am trying to boot from floppy, but it's not working at all.
Thanks in advance!

Ok folks, I have no idea what happened, but it has fixed it's self.

Are you sure the phdisk belonged to your specific laptop?? Otherwise you can toss your laptop away, since the disk properly contained a bios-flash utility and if this was the wrong one....
