I have working on this thing for two days!
The POST displays the HDD, Cpu,Memory.Though I get no system beeps, no Boot.
I checked the speaker connection, HDD connector,Power Connector, Reseated the Memory.
I have went and setup the Defaults in the BIOS.
The HDD is good, I checked it on another PC.
If anyone can give me a clue as to what I'm doing wrong I would appreciate the advice.

maybe the ram is not all the way in the slot(s). |

It turns out it was a dying Power Supply.
